We talk to a lot of expectant and new parents at The Meal Stork, particularly about dealing with the transition to parenthood and how to overcome these struggles.
From these conversations we've pinpointed three major issues that new parents face: eating, sleeping, and reconnecting or finding time alone. We decided to evaluate each issue and give some practical advice on how to overcome them.
