New Parents: Don't Forget to Eat!

When you've just had a new baby one of the most important things is making sure your baby is eating regularly and eating enough. You spend your first few days as new parents (or first few weeks, maybe) obsessing about whether or not they are doing just this. You feed them every two hours, then burp, then change, then start the whole process over again. But there's one thing you may be forgetting during this seemingly never-ending cycle: that you need to eat!
